Sabita Kondle is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Professional Clinical Director, Supervisor, and founder of Atibas, a holistic therapy and counseling center serving the Sacramento and Yuba City areas. She specializes in diverse relationships and integrates attachment theory, EMDR, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and the Gottman Method into her practice. As a Certified Gottman Couples Therapist, Sabita is passionate about helping individuals and couples build resilience, self-understanding, and lasting well-being.
